Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment with no fee. This gives us time to fill the slot from our waitlist.

  • 24+ hours notice: No fee. Reschedule freely.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service fee charged to card on file.
  • No-show: 100% of service fee charged to card on file.

Late arrivals: If you're more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled — the next client is waiting, and we can't run behind schedule. Please text us at (772) 233-9628 if you're running late.

Booking deposit: Microneedling, lash full sets, and bridal services require a non-refundable $50-100 deposit at booking to hold the time. Deposits are credited toward your service total at checkout.

Payment & Refunds

Accepted payment methods: All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Afterpay and cash.

Afterpay: Splits any service into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. No credit check, no interest, no fees if paid on time. Late fees may apply if you miss a payment — these are charged by Afterpay, not AJ Aesthetics.

Refunds on services: Services are non-refundable once performed. If you're unhappy with a result, please call us within 7 days of your appointment — Drea will work with you to make it right, often by adjusting or re-treating at no charge.

Refunds on packages: Unused package sessions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, less the price of any sessions already used at single-service rates.

Refunds on retail products: Unopened products are refundable within 14 days with receipt. Opened products are not refundable for sanitary reasons.

Service Policies

Consultations: A free 30-minute skin consultation is offered to all new clients. We strongly recommend it before microneedling, chemical peels, or starting acne protocols.

Health intake: All clients complete a brief health intake form before their first service. Please disclose all medications, recent treatments, allergies, and pregnancy/breastfeeding status. This protects you — some treatments are contraindicated and we'll adjust accordingly.

Minors: Clients aged 13-17 require a parent or legal guardian to be present for the initial consultation and sign a consent form. We do not perform microneedling, chemical peels, or lash extensions on anyone under 18.

Children at appointments: For your relaxation and safety, please arrange childcare during your service. We cannot supervise children in the treatment area.

Right to refuse service: AJ Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who is rude to staff, intoxicated, has a contagious skin condition, or violates safety/health protocols.

Membership Terms

Commitment: All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, memberships are month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Auto-billing: Your card on file is charged the same day each month. If a charge fails, your membership is paused until payment is resolved.

Roll-over credits: Unused monthly credits roll over while your membership is active. Credits expire 60 days after cancellation.

Pausing: You can pause your membership for up to 2 months per year for medical reasons or extended travel. Email us to request a pause.

Price guarantees: Founding-member rates are locked for the life of your active membership. If you cancel and re-enroll later, current rates apply.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: Name, contact info, payment info (stored securely via Square — we never see full card numbers), health intake responses, and treatment history. We do not collect or store sensitive identification data.

How we use it: To deliver and customize your treatments, send appointment reminders, process payments, and (with your opt-in) share promotions or product recommendations.

Who sees it: Only Drea and authorized AJ Aesthetics staff. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers. Payment processing is handled by Square; appointment scheduling by Square Appointments; chat is handled by Tidio. Each has its own privacy policy.

Photos: We never take or post before/after photos without your explicit written consent.

Texts and emails: By providing your phone or email at booking, you consent to appointment reminders and occasional promotions. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe.

Your rights: You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ajaesthetics104@gmail.com.

Terms of Service

Assumption of risk: Esthetic treatments involve inherent risks including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reaction, redness, swelling, bruising, and post-treatment sensitivity. By booking, you accept these risks. Drea will discuss specific risks for your treatment at consultation.

Honest disclosure required: You agree to provide accurate and complete health information. AJ Aesthetics is not liable for adverse outcomes from undisclosed medications, conditions, or recent treatments.

Results disclaimer: Skin responses to treatment vary. AJ Aesthetics makes no guarantee of specific results. Before-and-after results shown on our website and social media are real but individual and not predictive of your outcome.

Gift cards: Non-refundable, do not expire, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by Florida law.
