For lashes and microneedling, book 1-2 weeks ahead. For Saturday slots, 2-3 weeks. For weddings and events, book a month or more in advance so we can build a proper prep timeline.

Text us as soon as you know. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened or rescheduled — we hold tight appointment times so the rest of the day stays on track for other clients.

Tipping is appreciated but never expected. If you'd like to tip, 15-20% is standard. You can add a tip at checkout in Square, in cash or via Zelle/Cash App.

Arrive with a clean face if possible, avoid sun exposure 48 hours before exfoliating treatments, and skip retinol or strong actives for 3-5 days prior. Stay hydrated and eat something before microneedling. Drea will text exact prep notes after you book.

A short skin consultation, a full breakdown of what your treatment will involve, and zero rush. Drea will ask about your goals, sensitivities, and current routine before getting started. The whole studio is private — just you and her.

For most facials, wait at least 6 hours. For microneedling, wait 24 hours minimum. For lash extensions, no eye makeup for 24 hours and no oil-based products near the eyes ever. Specific aftercare is sent home with you in writing.

Hydrafacials and signature facials: instantly. Microneedling: 2-4 weeks for collagen rebuild, full results around 8-12 weeks. Acne protocols: 4-8 weeks of consistent care to see real change. Drea will give realistic timelines for your specific concern at consultation.

Every 4-6 weeks is the sweet spot — that matches your skin's natural cell turnover cycle. Acne clients sometimes come every 2-3 weeks during the initial clearing phase, then taper down. Memberships are built around this rhythm.

Many are — including signature facials, hydrafacials, brows and lashes. We avoid retinol, certain chemical peels, and microneedling during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Always tell Drea if you're pregnant or trying so the protocol can be customized safely.

Sensitive skin can absolutely benefit from advanced treatments — it just needs a slower, gentler approach. Drea typically starts with a calming facial protocol, builds up the skin barrier, then introduces stronger treatments gradually. A consultation is the right first step.

No exfoliating treatments, peels, microneedling, or waxing while on Accutane and for 6 months after. Gentle hydrating facials and LED therapy are typically fine, but always tell Drea so she can adjust the protocol.

We treat teens 13+ with parent/guardian consent — typically for acne care, hormonal breakouts, or first-time brows. A parent is welcome to sit in the consultation. We don't perform microneedling, peels, or lash extensions on anyone under 18.

As soon as you have a date. We build a 3-6 month skin prep timeline leading into the wedding — facials, lashes, brow shaping, and a trial run for makeup. The earlier you book, the better the day-of results.
